One way to do that is to organize your newsletter into sections, with large headers breaking up each part of the newsletter. Don't build your newsletter in big blocks of text - you want to make it easily scannable so readers can pick out important elements without reading everything. Be sure to keep your newsletter subject line short enough for mobile devices.
